Horusdy Professional Tools Refund and Return Policy

We, at Horusdy Professional Tools, prioritize exceptional customer service and your satisfaction. If unsatisfied, return the product for repair, replacement, or refund as outlined below. This refund and return policy only covers products purchased from Horusdy Professional Tools.

Policy Exceptions
Some provisions don’t apply to Unboxed Deals, reconditioned, or used products. Unboxed Deals are discounted due to damaged, unsealed, or missing packaging.

This policy is part of Horusdy Professional Tools’ Terms and Conditions and doesn’t limit your statutory rights.

Preparing Products for Return

To ensure prompt processing:

  1. Securely package the product for safe transit.
  2. Clearly mark the return package with your order number.
  3. Include all original accessories and parts.

Failure to meet these requirements may delay or decline your return.

Unwanted Products

You can return a product within 7 working days of purchase if:

  1. The product is undamaged, unused, with original labels attached.
  2. The packaging is intact and undamaged (except for Unboxed Deals, reconditioned, or used products).
  3. All accessories and parts are included.
  4. You log the return request within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@horusdy.co.za. After 30 days, returns are only accepted for defective products.

Returned items will be inspected before approving a refund. A 10% administration fee may apply to cover transactional costs, including original and return courier fees.

Changed your mind?

  1. Where you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it – provided the product is not:.
  2. a digital product such as an, electronic coupons, gaming code or other digital download;.
  3. a flat-pick furniture product that has been assembled after delivery..

Order Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated: A 10% administration fee applies if you cancel the order before dispatch.
  • Company-Initiated: We will issue a full refund without deductions.

Exchanges and Mistakes

  • Exchanges: You can exchange fashion products for a different size or color, subject to availability. Unboxed Deals, reconditioned, or used products can only be exchanged for similar items.
  • Incorrect Orders: If we deliver the wrong product or the product isn’t as described, contact us for a free return. We will send the correct product or issue a refund within 10 days.

Standard Warranty

  1. Notify us immediately if you receive a defective or poor-quality product (excluding direct warranty products), but no later than 6 months after delivery or collection (except in cases of an extended supplier warranty).
  2. Contact us via email or phone, and we’ll arrange a free pickup of the product.
  3. After inspecting and validating your return, we will:
    • Repair or replace the product (if feasible and in stock).
    • Refund you if preferred.
  4. If a repair or replacement takes longer than 21 days, we’ll offer a refund option.
  5. We cannot accept returns outside the 6-month period unless there is an extended supplier warranty.
  6. For Unboxed Deals, reconditioned, or used products:
    • If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll check if a similar item is in stock.
    • If not, we’ll credit or refund you.
  7. Unboxed Deals, reconditioned, or used products differ from those in perfect condition, which is why they are discounted.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Damage on Delivery: Report damages or missing parts within 48 hours. We will inspect the product and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
  • Defective Products: Report defects within 6 months of delivery. We will arrange a free return, offering you a choice between repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds and Exclusions

  • We process refunds within 2 to 7 working days, issuing them to the original payment method.
  • Some items are non-returnable, including human hair, assembled flat-packed furniture, damaged electronics, and products with incomplete or damaged packaging.
